Can you or I buy even $500k in shares on market before the iCobalt priority offer record date without sending the SP above $0.30 ?

The answer is no.

The last premium (Dynavolt, who imo possibly bailed due to their own working capital constraints) was $0.30 for that reason. And the next should be similar, possibly a tad higher.
