Check with your accountant with regards your personal position, but if you are an investor you get capital gains relief after holding 12 months or more, but that relief is not available to those recognised as traders by the tax office.
Interesting reading the views on GBG, what is more interesting is look at the comments made earlier this year when it was a lot higher, as against the views being expressed now.
