There is no finance plan in place, therefore there is no date to commence production or mining.
Noone knows where the finance will come from, or if it will come. If they did they would be buying up the shares in anticipation of that.
At best one might speculate chinese or other asian utilities might be interested in the resource. This hasnt changed since 2008.
