Nuheara's Quarterly Activities Report and Appendix 4C for Q4FY2021 is due by end of this month - so with only a few weeks to go I thought it might be a good time to start some discussion of what numbers we might be expecting.
There will be two income figures that are of interest:
1. Receipts - as shown in the Appendix 4C:
This was last quarter, based around sales of 4,194 pairs of MAX, BOOST and accessories.
My modelling on previous data projects MAX sales to be in the 4,500 to 5,000
^ range. Which would give
a receipts figure of ~ $1.8m.[^Note that in March MAX sales jumped well above the previously modelled projections and were a record of 2,045 for the month. If sales levels of that size were to continue, the Q4 figure would obviously be 6,000+, rather than the projected 4,500 to 5,000 - lifting receipts to ~$2.4m]2. Revenue - as shown in the quarterly report:
This was last quarter, coming off receipts of $1.6m
For the upcoming report, there will be revenue from:
- MAX, BOOST and accessory sales, as previously,
- PLUS there will be revenue from any HP product shipped and invoiced to the 30th June.
If we use last quarters revenue figure as a guide, and adjust it for an extra $200k of receipts, it could be around $2.5m PLUS the HP revenue.
To June 30th, I'd anticipate only the initial HP shipment was invoiced. If we assume that to be say 5,000 pairs of HP buds that would add an extra ~$700k of revenue.
In total then,
I am estimating revenue of around $3.2m for Q4FY2021. Obviously there are many parts of this that could work out differently. But for me, having a projection based on all available data and information gives me a place to start my analysis of the results when they come out.
