I think I am hopeful they announce some contract wins, only because they have done it in the past where they dont announce them til the 4C. God knows why, you would think they would be giving any positive news to the market straight away to try and boost sentiment.
What is keeping me holding on is definitely the court case, the potential there could be huge. I think its worth taking the risk.
