Once 17c goes - it will jump fairly quickly to 25c. Simply no volume out there up to 25c. Lithium and cobalt plays out there with MC 3x greater than ours and they have zero minerals. These dirt cheap RDM prices have been insulting for far too long. 20-something cents still cheap, but at least somewhat respectful.
