Good questions there El J. I wonder where your first 2 questions may have originated from.
I guess personally, I'd like a bit more info on Spinco as Cowan was one of the main reasons I bought in the first place. I'd like to know how much influence MC or the BoD of the merged group (as they will own 15% is my understanding) will have on the newly formed exploration company and whether there is any future plans to work together with SpinCo.
Can't wait to hear what you report back. Particularly questions 5 & 8.
