    First thing is STO which i reckon should be good news for NAV as these guys had done a lot of promotion around their positive view on the company a while ago. So we should get a lift this week from that?
    Second though is whether that comes through or not there are an excavation truck sized load of questions for Directors to answer at the AGM.

    Would like to get this thread going so someone can have a good list to turn up and ask, and ask and work out what our votes are.
    One of my worries is this brokerage being paid. Investigations bring up a few things (see my previous post with details) but they went from paying $1-$1.5mln in brokerage a year until 2021/22 to us paying 3-4 times that 2023 and after. Co-incidentally its the same time they raised money at a deep discount to NAV from us.
    So they raised around 20-30% more money but are paying 300-400% more in brokerage straight after and have a lot of money in their own funds that don't turnover and wouldn't pay brokerage on? maybe we are paying the fees, thats a q.
    It lines up with needing to pay a fee to raise the money but are we paying for that in a round about way? a lot more detail needed from Directors. a lot

    I'm waiting to see who is up for election as director but maybe we also need to think about putting up a director to get into this better
    Who else has questions we need answered by the Directors on where our money is being spent and how it is being invested. It is a company, all those should be answered to shareholders and we don't have to take their suggested directors

    Some Questions i would start with are,
    * Investment in own funds and valued?
    * Brokerage machine cranking to who and why as it seems to line up with raising more money and performance negative?
    * levered long and not many shorts while intrerest rates go up?
    * gold, silver, platinum all done really well but? XRT07 had some good charts there against specific resources index
    * how does manager buy record price property in Brisbane in amongst all that while we are going backwards can we just go unlisted and close the shocking discount. explain why not you cant in more detail. if it is the investment in own illiquid funds, take them yourself with a mortgage against the house and just roll us all up unlisted. the losses in here can give us a tax win if you do it responsibly
