1. that CL cuts his cash component of his salary by 40%

2. that NMS stops aquiring companies and concentrates on mking the business they already have sustainable.

yes I know they aren't the sort of things that get put to a resolution..... but it would get management thinking maybe...

My guess is that one will be the ratification of shares issued so that the 15% are fully available for the next emergency (or expansion).
