I am also just wondering why we had -

One loan of GBP 1.75m at overseas currency rates plus 2.5%, have a plan to pay it back and have already paid some of it back,

but then :-

A bridging loan (expensive financing ?) of GBP 15m (nearly nine times as much as the other loan) at a bank bill rate plus 4.69% for a similar UK acquistion, we haven't repaid any of it and there don't seem to be any answers as to how we repay it (besides 'we've talked to the bank and they intend to extend it'). Our market cap is only a touch under $97m at current prices.

Mr. Lange - I have seen how such "umbrella sentiment" (from banks) has got some of my other company holdings into trouble and I would please appreciate something concrete at the AGM that gives me a bit more confidence in our financing.
