Hi Billy, I was feeling in a pretty negative mood when I posted that, and it was more designed to get the company thinking if they happened to be reading the forum... There hasn't seemed to be any interest in the proposition from the general HC populous. I think if there was to be anything put forward as a motion it would need to be well worded and thought out so as to have a good chance of getting up (or at least getting a reasonable percentage of votes to demonstrate that there is unhappiness), and not to be detrimental to the interests of the company and ultimately us shareholders.
I do think that CL's salary is ridiculous, and perhaps something around changing the balance between cash and (reasonable) performance incentives would be more appropriate.
