most of what you ask is awaiting the outcome on current talks the company is having with Colt... but..
we know this much - back in May 2011 the company stated:
Colt and Metal Storm are working together to evaluate manufacturing options for the Maul and related products
then in the 2 April 2012 release of the 2011 Annual Report, we read this:
...an agreement for Colt Defence to perform a detailed manufacturing assessment of MAUL to determine Colt’s ability and cost to manufacture the weapon in volume.
then the company released the 2011 Annual Report again, with revisions, on 30 April, and the following was stated:
The first of these is with Colt Defense LLC. The relationship has developed on two fronts. Colt conducted a comprehensive engineering production analysis of the MAUL™ weapon system, after several months delivering a very detailed cost and product engineering breakdown of how the weapon would be manufactured. The outcome confirmed that the weapon was financially attractive to build and could be effectively manufactured in volume.
and on 24 April 2012 the company provided the following manufacturing guidance RE timeline to MAUL production:
“Once the funds from the transaction arrive in July, we will complete integration and commence building up to 50 MAUL™ weapons plus ammunition in a low rate initial production run (LRIP). These weapons will be allocated to three important groups: selected trial users, international distributors for business development, and to our compliance testing team for product compliance evaluation.
It's all to be found sprinkled throughout the announcements oneclip -- though we should expect at the AGM and after receipt of final funds in July, to receive some comprehensive and detailed updates on Maul & Colt...
