Whoever is going to the AGM, can you please ask about the Patent situation?
The latest Form 20-f mentioned some patents are due to expire within the next couple of years. (Reference the bottom of page 19 (22 in the pdf format) of the latest form 20-F). "These Patents have expiry dates between 2013 and 2030, but the majority of patents expire between 2014 - 2027."
Questions I have are: What patents are set to expire? Can those patents be extended and if so is that being done? If they can't be extented what is the likely impact the expiry of those patents will have in terms of our competitors ie Are the patents part of our core technology which can be exploited by other companies?
