For those that are going and might have the inclination to ask questions. here are some of my thoughts and what I expect should be answered in an EGM

This set is mainly operational performance related questions.
1. Are we still receiving milk from ACM and if so at what price given they have opened this season with a buy from their farmers $5.30 per litre milk price?
2. Are we now using our own milk from SW Farms to support CDC processing or are we still providing milk to Fonterra?
3. What is our operating capacity at CDC now and what is CDC current maximum capacity if running 24/7 shifts?
4. Does this increase our dairy product output and where is this new found product going to, specifically?
5. What elasticity exists in the current customers supply contracts for increased throughput?
6. How are the Directors addressing the opportunity to increase throughput to fill these contracts?
7. In the coming financial year will there be surplus product to allow pursuit of other markets, domestic or international? And if so what markets, broadly, is the Directors seeking to pursue?
8. What farm acquisition strategy is the Directors pursuing given the initial target was to reach 50m litres of milk per annum and this is still as valid today as it was when it was announced as a target with a performance bonus for directors included I might add.
9. What programme of works is in place and being done to mitigate risk and reduce cost on the farms whether it relates to water, feed, stock movements, re-herding, milking & collection, ensuring a constant supply of tier 1 milk only, flat lining the milk production to reduce seasonal peaks and troughs for CDC milk supply etc.

This set is mainly governance related questions.
1. How many board seats are there?
2. New equity in the coming 12 months?
3. Board composition and structure?
4. Why are the convertible notes conversion ratio being asked to be rerated?
5. Is it expected that Peter Skene will be appointed as a Company Director?
6. What governance experience and or unique dairy industry skills is the new Board nominee bringing to the table?
7. What is the Board doing about putting in place a Risk Management framework?
8. How is the Board going to redress Shareholder Management and engagement in the future including KPI performance reporting in a cyclic basis?
9. Why is a change in the Responsible Entity for SW Farms Limited being proposed and what surety can the Board give shareholders that it’s Board of Trustees will be independent of any related party to AHF?
10. How is the Board addressing the current market climate where opportunities exist for accelerated growth by acquisition of both farming and processing capacity?

This set is mainly corporate related questions.
1. When will the Board setup a proper website that can be used for company / product branding, performance reporting and shareholder management?
2. Is there a dedicated CFO or Finance Manager and if not who does this work today and for what fees?
3. How is all the company administration done and by whom?
4. Where is the Company Head Office and who staffs it during business hours?
5. Has the company considered different funding models for dairy farm acquisitions? If not, why not?
6. Is there a published organisational structure and chart and when will it be made available?
7. Who has operational oversight on the farm operations and will they report to the new CEO?
8. What is the current arrangement for existing farm managers and their staff?
9. When can shareholders get a revised quarterly announcement showing the financial performance year to date?

Good points KK,the useless board should quit if they can not answer the above questions properly.
We SHs are waiting the strategy for a long time,CDC acquisition should be finalised by the end of January surprisingly come out in April,so far nearly 4 months passed still no plan to be presented,no data at all!the board should already have the market strategic plan before CDC acquisition,they are playing games and tricks with the SHs,cheating the market,they only for short term play and sell it,they don't have long term strategy.Only Petr SKen can not help.the whole board should quit.
I will attend the EGM if I have time!
