If management only meet their performance targets through issuing heaps more shares at silly prices, how does that benefit holders?? Maybe IK handed them the keys to his gravy train when he stepped off?
Incentives is the last thing that should be under discussion at this stage. Management has yet to demonstrate that they are remotely up to the job of turning MNM around - if they do the jobs they are being paid for, there will be plenty of time for snouts in the trough later.
