Question is can the top shareholders believe what they're being told?
At the moment we are being fed information that the project is on and that is just around the corner. Top share holders can be fed the same way with excuses to follow as to why not when it doesn't. If anything has been signed we'd know just the same as the top twenty.
I think you're giving false hope if it gets through.
There are already incentives for PB in place on Market Cap reaching milestones up to 500mil why should more incentives be given when we dont even know on the outcome with the EIS.
