If @aburbe or anyone else is going to the AGM and would be happy to ask some questions, here is a few that may be worthwhile.

Few questions for Vinnie...

- Why didn't the company choose to remain in trading halt or elect to place company into suspension pending further investigations of the trial results? In hind sight, would the company handle the way the acne data was released differently?

- In relation to the acne trial - the 11 batches that you referred to that were created for the trial where he alluded to that the problem likely consisted. Can he please confirm how many manufacturers were used to make the 11 batches? On this topic, can he also confirm how much time/money will be spent investigating the error/s that have occurred during the Acne trial? Or, now that a single supplier in Purisys has been locked in effectively ensuring that all vehicles and BTX products are made to perfection from now on - are they moving on and putting this error down to a lesson learned, lets never let that happen again, type scenario.

- On what day, did they become aware of the Acne data and was this the same day they realised the US data problem?

- Are you concern at all that the FDA may request further Phase 2 Acne studies to be carried out before proceeding to Phase 3? In his opinion what's the likelihood of this happening? If he's not concerned at all - why?

- Can we get a more detailed cost breakdown / budget allocation for the next 12 months? What's the breakdown for the Rosacea study, completing Atopic Dermatitis, further Antimicrobial studies, administration, FDA and regulatory costs, trail costs, other? Can he provide an estimate of what the Phase 3 Acne study will cost and how long he anticipates that it will need to likely run for?

- Vince has made it clear that further capital will be required for phase 3 studies. Can he confirm will this be Q1 or Q2 2020 or sooner/later? Can he also confirm how that will be funded - cap raise causing further dilution, debt funding - very unlikely as they have no income, or a partnership?

- What are the future plans for Psoriasis? Will there be a phase 2 study? If not, why? If yes, when?

- What is currently happening with the antimicrobial studies? Can we have a bit more of an idea of the specific studies that may take place or the direction the company is taking this?

- Can Vince confirm if any pharmaceutical companies have actively been speaking with BOT. If he will, in relation to what - Permetrex, Acne, Atopic Derm, Antimicrobial or they whole lot? Can he confirm if they have requested or reviewed the full Acne data?

- How is Callahan going? Could he confirm a timeline for Matt's return? What level of involvement is Matt currently having - a phone call every now and then or regular contact and attending the office?

- Chuck in a cheeky question for a laugh - ask Vinnie if he's expecting to receive his 'change of control' bonus next month?
