Both UCL and FMS have good assets and BODs with part deficiencies (FMS: lifestyle company with non-proactive management, UCL: Iran dumb Board and devoid of any understanding of what indirect expropriation was). The second takeover attempt on UCL was about a year after the first, so the second one here ought to be due soon. Knowing my luck, it will be a CR and a disposal of Canegrass. We'll see. Fingers crossed, although some BCI type share price performance here would be quite nice (on a re-rate from developer to producer). Best of luck.
