Agree with needing to see money come in, but let's not talk about class action anymore, that is just way pre-mature. First of all, one would need evidence of wrong-doing/illegal affairs, and then you'll need someone to fund the class action (anyone have spare millions to fund it?).. plenty of things need to happen before class action can occur, so why don't we cross that bridge IF we ever get to it?

I'm sure management are frustrated as well (not twiddling their thumbs as some people may think) about delays, but I'm sure they're still working and moving this company forward in the background.

In saying all that, an update from them would be nice.
