I think the price is also staying steady because everyone wants to know what the outcome of final decision on ramu will be, even though its only a small part of their portfolio but it is cash flow. Those land owners just wont go away and the announcement on the newcrest mine site is also seeing the landowners around there getting there pantys in a bunch about sediment in there river.Heres hoping but yes there is a hell of alot of news to come.
