Damage claimed by AVQ is unique to the situations management navigated through during the 3 year court battle. This is highly complex and will take some time to complete once the appeal has been concluded and SMM have no more avenues to take this matter further. By just adding 3 years @ $50ml/yr to finalise Damages Claim, IMO will be rejected by the courts for reasons I will not mention on this forum. This process from Claims documentation finalisation to court decision will take a year or two. IMO investor should focus on the mine exploration and implementation to production. The appeal will be delt with in due course with a $4.5ml court cost bank guarantee soon after. Damages claims, when capitalised, should be viewed as icing on the cake and be left to management to decipher and agree 100% with Patster, speculation just feeds the trolls.
