    Hi All,
    At these price levels of almost 40% pullback from previous highs if the Instos believe that the bull market is on here they should be about to enter again. If they don't enter soon one would have to ask - why not, what is going on.
    Personally i think we are close to the next rise.
    Patiently holding on.
