I'm still confused. So, crux was on about the WA govt (being labour, and luke-warm about nuclear) using stall tactics on the secondary building approvals to run out the clock on the Primary Approvals.
But, Mike insists that govt cannot legally do that to Vimy. And he also is adamant that Vimy has completed the necessary works required to satisfy conditions for the srcondary approval.
What makes you not trust Mike?
