indeed this is the best period to accumulate. this will re-rate in the weeks/months to come once the MRE is released and clarity on the way forward with NEM/GGP/Haveiron. I feel for those long term holders who are deep under water, on the other hand for new investors this is an opportunity on a silver(or golden) platter. GLTAH
