I've just had a quick glance at this document on Greatland Gold's website.
Page 40 confirms the sale includes the AZY shares and options. Also includes its interest in the Wilki project but notes this is subject to AZY's consent. The sale is not conditional on getting this consent.
The doc is more than 500 pages, I have an early appt so no time to peruse further.
But one comment on purchase price. I suspect this reflects the very significant mine remediation costs of 30 years of mining which NEM will be handing on to new owner.
