    Their stated intention has been to eventually list in the US ... it is never too early to do the ground work for a successful listing on the NYSE.

    If they do end up breaking even in Q4 2019, they may begin the listing process in early 2020... 12 months or so away.

    The earlier and more frequent Richard and Henry can get in front of potential cornerstone investors in the US, the better. 

    This is going to be a pivotal year for FLC ... the stage is set, and if they deliver this year and become EBITDA positive in Q4 2019 ... they want as many eyes on them as possible.
