    I haven't been in this stock before. Relisting is a lot of effort to go to if you don't have a worthy project in mind that will likely significantly increase the share price. If you check the top 20, these guys are so heavily in this one that they need something special to 'monetise' their efforts. For that they'll need price and volume. IMO that requires something 'out of the box'.
