Well, BSM is now GW1 and still not making any money. I suppose the whole idea of buying an existing graphite operation (drills every couple of month for more 3% TGC resource to hoping to 'optimise'.) for a couple millions doesn't make it worth hundreds of millions all of a sudden, who would've thought? Wonder who got a better deal (vendor who offloaded a negative cashflow asset or the gullible SH who funded these purchases cough BSM cough VRC).
