Easy to predict COVID delays with hind sight and also easy to predict supply shortages and inflation with hind sight.
my pick is with the speed Omicron is ripping round the world, we could see some changes to supply issues and pricing. My pick is also that price of steel might take a tumble in the year ahead allowing resources to become available.
It's been a long wait already, but right now my gut is saying, another 6 months or year won't do us any harm. AIMHO DYOR
