Mermaid Marine Australia now have 366,766,098 shares in it's registry

The increase in number of shares was due to the acquisition of Jaya

Bearing in mind the dilution of dividends to share holders based on the extra shares

Bearing in mind the guidance of lower profits generated for the total financial year 2014 and being similar to financial year 2013 and not taking Jaya profits (Mermaid have indicated profits in line with financial year 2013 results) I have calculated the 2014 final dividend payout to be 3.05 cents maximum

I assume no dividends will be paid out from Jaya profits as there would have be acquisition costs and do not know when the cut off point was for the books of Jaya as far as Mermaid Marine Australia is concerned
