hoping not déjà vu. at least they have an operating mine that it lost cost and usually profitable. when they delisted previously, the mine wasn't yet operational.
I have been holding for a long time - mainly for the dividends. I wish I had sold above 40c. With the risk of manganese price and political risk of SA, i have way too much exposure.
