    yes sorry you are right i just saw the notices. they are bought back at almost 4x original face value.

    I thought the conversion was taking place later on with price to be determined in feb/march. dunno why these were bought back early.

    I dont think the BB is for 75% of the notes though i think its way less. they said 75m in total out of 200m original issued. so 37.5%.

    75m*4 = roughtly 300m in cost

    we got there in the end!
