ASX listing in August / September 2022 @ 35 cents per share for $32 million enterprise value with 1 in 3 listed options per share. (Unsure the $ for the options)

Apparently there has been roadshows all over Australia last 6 months to demonstration / market the company. Yet to find any information relating to this.
