Mark, in my experiences surgeons, especially cardiac, want to see the evidence, both peer reviewed papers, and/or KOL's experiences , and then they want to "play" with it themselves in something like a wet lab. Everyone seems to expect sales to jump overnight, this shows a complete ignorance of the industry, as long as they have a product that does what it says it will do (tick), the right people (tick) are doing the promotion right (tick), have the infrastructure (tick) and the money to sustain themselves while the uptake grows (tick) it wil work out in the long run. I understand alof of things can happen to derail but the fundamentals are there. If you can't accept this is the course it will take either sell and/or keep your mouth shut!!!! IMo
