I hope this comment does not attract abuse like some other poor posters receive, forgive my ignorance, I'm new.
Wouldn't they have been more likely to chase some sort of licensing agreement than get themselves in a position to need a CR?
I think we are in for a good quarterly, and if not, like another poster said, this goes in the bottom drawer and 2 years from now we will all be in profit.
