upcoming g&s work

I was just advised that G&S are ramping up for dragline shutdowns at Callide snd Blackwater Mines. It seems that they also have some extensive work at Hay point also...

These should be good revenue streams for the company, and these will once again become more frequent.

It should also be noted that the longer that the majors (BMA, Xstrata, Anglo etc) delay their major maintenace shutdowns on draglines, shovels and washplants, that this will only increase the frequent of breakdowns and prolong future shutdowns. It will eventually come to a stage where the shutdowns schedules are not by choice, but forced upon them...
