Nice post. However I think as per the 9/2/12 'Acquisition of Vivien Gold Deposit' announcement that RMS have an agreement with Gold Fields to toll treat the Vivien ore at Gold Fields nearby currently operating Agnew plant.
To this day this leaves me scratching my head as to why gold fields wouldn't just mine Vivien themselves. This presentation on Gold Fields Australian assets shows that they already have underground operations at Agnew at which they use 'specialist contractors for underground mining'.

As for the low cash costs for Wattle Dam for next qtr, I'm not so sure. I'm only guessing but I assume they will take into account the cost of mining already completed when they report the cash costs. ? However it is very possible the remaining wattle dam ore will be able to positively effect the 'cash on hand' that RMS report for their next qtr as you point out.
