I agree, if he/she is still going at it like you describe sally, then definately an investigation is required. I wouldn't know what he/she is saying and obviously dont care because I recognised a troll from the word go.
But, I do suggest ignore button...it' works well.
RMS is in recovery now not going down the gurgler.
