One of the great things about SRH is its ability to scale up quite quickly and easily to meet demand. That's because its supply chain in China is well established (9 years). From there they can export their products anywhere in the world.
So imo there is no need whatsoever for an acquisition. Joint venture - maybe - but I think their US distributor arrangement is probably just as effective.
