On the contrary, Wayne seems to be very cognizant of all the factors affecting the share price and is doing everything right to de-risk and build up the company so that it's no longer a speculative play. Today's announcement is positive no matter how anyone tries to paint it - regulatory approval is the first necessary step towards making any sales. The more markets and sales the merrier, all add up to pave the way to CF+ by this time next year. Best to those who got in recently
