I think they did a 15-1 consolidation of 3B shares to 200M shares in April 2015 and the pps hit 50c a few month as the market was anticipating their maiden JORC for Santa Isabel (Kolosori) which they released in September 2015, then the C0A dragged on for months, the pps started to drop, and the O/S also increased to 314M shares (so more than 50% increase) 18 months later.

$3-4 pps means a market capital of $1-1.2B, this is equivalent to the market capital of Nickel Asia who has 200Mt+ of laterite nickel ore JORC reserve, it's not out of the question if they find that much.....
