hi timboo. thanks for your comments. yep i think TNK is better as centres located in VIC, whereas AFJ started with a lot of centres in QLD. VIC > QLD. Also leverage, TKN has a small amount of shares on issue. Also TKN have proven management, that been in the business for over 10 years. AFJ havent exactly stated a dividend policy yet. TNK has a clearly stated dividend yield of 7.3% @ $1.00
re share issues- they have a small debt facility to do acquisitions in the short term. of course there will be CR's, but in long term they can do fixed rate bonds like GEM and double the SP.
