    also forgot to mention, AFJ's management is paying a lot higher than 4x ebit for their acquisitions. in their latest one, 20 centres buy, they didn't even mention the multiple. this poor disclosure and management is not a good sign!!!

    TNK - good chance to get a group that will actually buy at closer to GEM multiples!!
