Another IPO of interest to some will be ionic industries, a developer of graphene technologies that will be spun out of ASX-listed SER.
IMO, expect it to be a mix of in-specie issue to SER holders, plus some placement, plus some retail/public offerings for the IPO.
ionic has graphene IP and an active R&D program - SER is moving quickly with it.
Graphene potential is capturing a lot of informed interest for a very wide range of possible applications, so there may be good demand for ionic. But DYOR of course!
