A couple of positives for these bonds, which maybe push up the value a bit.
Cumulative.
Fixed[I know that interest rates are going up, but may not last over 5 year cycle]
Bought a few, just to diversify my hybrid exposure to various interest rate scenarios.
Agree though, price closer to par needed to make them compelling.
