To be honest Kiwigeo.....wireline tooling is not my area and I certainly bow to your experience regarding that. I am talking more broadly I guess and, with regards to my area, it would be very unusual for kit to be shipped having not been tested and documented. Don't get me wrong, we have found issues offshore on kit that has gone through at least 3 rounds of testing and inspection before reaching the rig and it does make you wonder, but as an industry, i would say that is very much the exception rather than the norm
