So well stated Davey Boy and I am in total agreement with you as I have stated in my recent previous post.
The tier 1 companies will be salivating but not because they want to take us out at $1 or $2 per share but because they can manipulate us down to a few cents per share over a few years as was done to FAR under the shenanigans you so well summarised. FAR went from around $0.60 if I recall, and with the world at their feet, to an eventual couple of cents per share.
I expect SM is street wise enough to realise this and to keep control of at least 51%. SM has 75 million reasons to keep control and is not a lifestyle director.
I am not averse to a good take over offer but don't want to be screwed over again as happened with FAR.
I hope that I do not have to run a mile either.
