One of my key take away from the webinar is that a lot of the options are already partially paid for. Some of the seismic equipment is still on site, drill rig is already on site, some of the drill equipment is ready to go from Mukuyu 1.
additional equipment (well casing, synthetic mud) will need to be brought to site so still some additional costs but any decision for what action to take next will be less expensive than last time because of this.
