Yes some major rethinking to be done re services. One comment Scott made was that previously they had relied on service company to make their own logistics arrangements for getting equipment to and from site. Now that IVZ have a better handle on their own logistics they'll have service companies moving stiff via IVZ's logistics set up. He also noted that after the 2014/15 crash alot of older tools got junked and service companies virtually stopped making new tools.....just one more reason quality of service has dived.
