The deviated trajectory wasn't a major factor in the failure of Mukuyu-1/ST1 to achieve all it's goals. Deviated trajectory would have added to drill time and you could argue that this was more time for deterioration of the hole but that was a pre-drill unknown.
Pre-Drill the equipment issues weren't a known factor and were mainly due to Bakers equipment either not getting to rig on time or failing at rig.
